Who is responsible
This website belongs to Elise de Bres, Van Lindonk & De Bres Special Projects B.V., Amersfoort, the Netherlands (KvK 30085173). Questions about your data: elise@elisedebres.com.
What this website collects
Nothing, beyond what every web server needs. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with other companies.
The hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running.
When you email me
If you write to elise@elisedebres.com, I receive your name, email address and whatever you put in your message. I use this only to reply and, if we work together, to arrange that work. Email for this address is handled by Hostinger and forwarded to my regular mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace.
I keep your messages for as long as needed for our contact and any work that follows from it. I don't sell your details and don't add you to a mailing list.
AI
I use AI to help me keep track of my work. I have switched off the use of my data for training AI models, I'm careful with what goes into these tools and how, and everything has human oversight. Your intellectual work (manuscripts) will not be read by AI unless you give permission.
Links to other websites
This site links to Flower of Sound, Boekcoach, Invictus Publishing, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy rules once you click through.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Send an email to elise@elisedebres.com. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
